Crypto & Fiat Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Crypto & Fiat Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will analyze and manage credit-related activities while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise in financial systems and credit management.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze credit data and assess financial risks for both crypto and fiat transactions.
• Utilize accounting software systems to manage and monitor financial activities effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve CRM and ERP processes.
• Oversee loan administration tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support decision-making and strategy development.
• Implement and maintain collection processes to optimize cash flow and minimize risk.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with financial services regulations and organizational policies.
• Develop reports and insights to inform business strategies and improve operational performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within credit-related functions.
• Proven experience in credit analysis and financial management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Familiarity with loan administration and collection processes.
• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
