We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associates to support our manual packaging area located outside of the extrusion line. These team members will play a key role in preparing products for shipment to customers by packaging, sealing, and labeling items with care and accuracy. Responsibilities : Manually package finished products according to specifications Seal and label each package accurately and efficiently Inspect products for quality and consistency prior to packaging Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all health and safety protocols in the packaging zone Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets Report any issues or defects to the supervisor promptly Qualifications : Previous packaging or warehouse experience an asset, but not required Ability to lift up to 40bs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
