Amazon Ads Performance Manager
About the Role
The Amazon Ads Performance Manager will be responsible for optimizing digital advertising across Amazon Marketplaces. This hands-on role involves scaling marketplace efforts efficiently and profitably, using Search & Display advertising. The Performance Manager will report to the Director of eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day campaign creation and optimization, including bids and keywords, collaborating with internal and external teams.
- Own budgeting, pacing, allocation, and spending limits for the annual advertising budget.
- Drive growth and profitability while expanding market share across regions.
- Translate qualitative data into actionable reports for informed business decisions.
- Evaluate and optimize brand and marketing assets based on awareness, conversion, and retention metrics.
- Partner with Marketing to build a cohesive brand strategy.
- Stay updated on Amazon advertising best practices, platform changes, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and implement an Amazon advertising strategy across sponsored products, brands, and display campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and make data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, persuasive ad content.
- Present campaign insights and recommendations to stakeholders to foster data-driven decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
3-5 years of Amazon Ads experience, with 1-3 years in budget management and planning.Proven success in building ecommerce sales across the US and internationally.Strong expertise in Amazon platforms (Seller & Vendor Central, Amazon DSP, and Marketing Cloud).Experience with data management tools (e.g., Tableau).Desire to A / B test new ad types and strategies.Proficiency in digital marketing, including planning, keyword research, copywriting, SEM, and SEO.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.Strong analytical skills with a passion for the industry.Perks and Benefits
