Tennis Coach

Status : Full -time

Schedule Type : 30 hours per week guaranteed, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours.

Salary : $47 per hour

Established in 1971, this formidable sports complex offers its members 20 tennis courts and a sports center of over 10,000 square feet, located just minutes from downtown Montreal and the South Shore. You will find a team of professionals passionate and fully dedicated to its members.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Tennis Coach to join our team. As a coach for both the Club and the Academy, you will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions tailored to the goals and needs of our tennis members.

Responsibilities

• Planning training sessions and competition calendars for participating athletes
• Overseeing the execution of training plans on the court while supervising a team of coaches
• Customizing training programs to maximize each athlete’s potential
• Preparing and accompanying athletes during tournaments
• Analyzing athlete performance and identifying areas for improvement
• Actively participating in the recruitment and evaluation of athletes interested in joining the Academy
