Responsibilities
Responsible for leading and managing the design and construction of multiple commercial, high-rise and mountain projects.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other team members.You will prepare and review project proposals, contracts, budgets, and timelines.Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.Manage project teams, and ensure that all team members are working effectively and efficiently, and provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date and manage project budgets and timelines to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university.8 - 15 years of experience and have previous experience working on various project types including multifamily, high-rise experience is strongly preferred.Technical proficiency in Revit & AutoCADPrior leadership, coaching and mentorship experience – capable of managing a project and project team from pursuit to construction completion, including scope, budgets and scheduleCreative, innovative and a natural role model with strong problem solving and time management skillsRegistration, LEED & PMP Certification are a bonus but not a requirement.The successful candidate will receive an attractive compensation package $90,000 - $100,000 + RRSP, extended benefits and hybrid work environment.
