What You’ll Do :

  • Analyze bid packages, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope.
  • Prepare accurate estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracts.
  • Develop strategies to secure bids and contribute to company growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and Project Managers.
  • Oversee project milestones and deliverables from inception to completion.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience : 3-5 years in industrial / commercial construction project estimating and management.
  • Education : Degree in Engineering or Certified Engineering Technologist designation (preferred).
  • Skills : Exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency : Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Attributes : Team player capable of building lasting relationships and delivering results.
