What You’ll Do

As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of our rafting expeditions. You’ll co-manage a team of 30+ enthusiastic staff, overseeing every detail from pre-trip preparation to post-trip evaluations. Your leadership will help foster growth, deliver unforgettable client experiences, and uphold our commitment to safety and professionalism.

Your Role Includes :

• Pre-season planning : Coordinate staffing, resources, and contingency plans.
• Guide mentorship : Help our guides grow and develop, both on and off the river.
• Logistics management : Ensure the right people and equipment are in the right place, every time.
• Risk assessment : Evaluate technical procedures and make quick, sound decisions to maintain safety standards.
• Client liaison : Interact with clients and provide feedback to our marketing team to improve future experiences.
• High standards : Maintain the highest levels of service, safety, and professionalism across every trip.
• Product innovation : Collaborate with the management team to develop new, exciting experiences for our guests.
• Team-building : Organize staff excursions and activities to keep morale high.
