Project Manager- Ad solutions

The role of a Project Manager is to effectively deliver market research projects in a way that consistently results in the highest level of customer satisfaction for both internal and external clients, while maintaining the speed and accuracy required in a dynamic environment.

Our Project Managers use our internal tools and processes to ensure all projects are executed successfully from start to finish.

The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIESMaintains full project ownership in delivering (but not limited to) low to mid-complexity custom market research projects with a project duration typically between 24 hours to one monthManages stakeholder expectations and delivers the highest level of service in an ever-changing, fast turnaround environmentBuilds an effective, professional working relationship with our clients, providing them guidance and advice where appropriate as it relates to Dynata’s products and servicesEnsures project task activities are completed through personal production, internal support teams (such as Survey Programming and Sales), and vendors (such as translators, etc.

Tasks may include : Testing online survey linksSamplingSetting-up and monitoring reports to evaluate key project metricsEnsuring quality measures are followedUpdating clients regularly on project progressEnsuring key project performance metrics such as project profitability meet or exceed established guidelinesProactively anticipates, troubleshoots, overcomes, and / or escalates project challenges in a timely mannerEffectively communicates both as an individual and as part of a client-facing project teamEnsures survey quality using current market research methodologiesOther duties as assignedSKILLS AND ATTRIBUTESIs able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levelsAdept with technology and tools Ability to manage multiple priorities and trouble shoot a range of issues in high-pressure situationsPursues his or her work with energy, drive, and a need to finishLearns quickly and independently in the context of an activity;
