We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team at Townhall Public House in Abbotsford!

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :

  • Providing leadership and development for the team
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
  • Maintaining a positive working relationship with all JRG employees
  • Promoting and upholding JRG culture and service standards
  • Managing day to day operations of the restaurant and ensuring financial, payroll and other administrative duties are completed
  • Controlling operational costs and identifying areas of improvement to improve profitability

  • Hours and shifts may vary
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

    • The Perks :

  • Salary to include $12,000-$17,000 in tips, bonuses available, based on targets achieved!

    • Serving It Right Certification

  • Minimum 2 years experience working as a General Manager in a restaurant setting, pub experience considered an asset!
