• Maintain Standards : Follow safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Facilitate Communication : Coordinate between guests, kitchen, and bar to accommodate requests and dietary needs.

• Close with Care : Process payments accurately and thank guests for their visit, ensuring a lasting impression.
