Staff Pharmacist -Full Time

Position Summary : The Staff Pharmacist assists the Pharmacy Manager in all aspects of Pharmacy Operations. Provides patient care based on feedback received during consultations or file reviews.

What You'll Do :

• Ensure excellent patient experience and locate merchandise on the sales floor.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with Professional Services District Managers and other stakeholders.
• Accept prescriptions and refill requests from customers, doctors, or hospitals.
• Ensure prescriptions are filled accurately, efficiently, and safely, and counsel patients on pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Follow Walmart's SOPs and operational procedures.
• Operate pharmacy equipment (register, computer systems, etc.).
• Protect patient privacy and follow provincial regulations.
• Provide eligible services (medication reviews, injections, etc.) to meet patient needs.
• Maintain pharmacy hours and assist in executing the business plan with the Pharmacy Manager.
