A prestigious Multinational Logistics Distribution Company is looking for Temporary ( 6 weeks) workers to set up a new warehouse in Richmond Hill, On (Main interesction : Leslie St and Staples Ave.)
DUTIES :
- Use of arming drills, anchor drills, rubber hammers.
- Moderate weightlifting, unpacking.
- Use of measuring tools with tape measure, laser, chalk line.
- Bending work many times a day and moderate weightlifting.
- There are different types of jobs and teams are assembled within the project to : 6Measuring and marking floor with high resistivity industrial tape.
Requires work in a crouched position.
- Assemble shelves, 7' high racks, metal carts, wooden tables with metal ties. Some force is required to lift the pieces into place
- Installation of sticker-type signs, banners that require measurement, accuracy, aesthetics and height work with ladder or scissor lift.
- Placement of items in modules according to instructions and specification
Shift : 7 : 30 pm to 4 : 30 pm
Rate : $18.25 / hr.
Requirements
- Performing work in compliance with safety procedures
- Know how to use tools (screwdriver, screw drill, utility knives, etc.)
- Must wear PPE (safety boots, helmet, vest)
- Team player, able to cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Able to follow instructions and perform different general labor duties as assigned
- Must be committed to remaining at the job for the duration of the project
- Dynamic, responsible, reliable, who can keep up a good attendance
- Must meet the daily production quota
- Constantly bending
