The private seniors' residence La Roseraie is looking for a person to fill an administrative assistant position with HR specialty.

Work schedule management - Payroll processing - Welcoming and integrating new employees - Health and safety at work - Support for service managers

POSITION DESCRIPTION :

Schedule : Monday to Friday during the day

Salary : to be discussed according to experience

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • All other related tasks
  • Assist team members with daily administrative tasks
  • Collaborate on special projects
  • Complete lease requests
  • Ensure good customer service by responding to customer email or telephone requests
  • Enter data into various systems
  • Help prepare certain documents
  • Produce monthly reports

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

  • DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or office automation
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software (an asset)
