Coordinate with Digital Citizenship and EDG on policies and procedures and associate with Control PartnersLeverage practices and methodologies to support the definition and roll out of data governance frameworks, including policies, standards, procedures, processes and related tools.
Define roles and responsibilities related to data governance, ensuring data ownership & accountability.Develop & maintain inventory of the information assets, including authoritative systems, data domains, data owners, and the enterprise data governance platform, etc.
Lead workshops to onboard business teams to Data governance policies and tools.Serve as a liaison between Business, Functional areas and technology to ensure that data related business assets are clearly identified and defined.
Define indicators for performance, compliance and adoption of data related policies, standards and practices. Key Qualifications : Solid understanding of data governance, metadata management and data quality practiceHands-on Experience in any one of the Data Governance tools, preferably CollibraStrong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Desire to investigate and try-out new tools and technologies as they are released.Ability to work under tight timelines, in cases for multiple project deliveries.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within high-performing teams.Excellent communication and Presentation skillsEvidence of self-motivation for continuous development.
