Junior Accountant

• Own the end-to-end processing of Accounts Payable for a multi-entity group including vendor invoice processing coding approvals and vendor statement reconciliations
• Own the Accounts Receivable process across all entities including invoicing application of payments account reconciliation credit application approval and follow-up on outstanding balances
• Own corporate credit card accounting including receipt collection coding reconciliations and follow-up on missing documentation
• Support the accounting team with month-end close activities including GL and subledger reconciliations
• Assist with audit support and periodic reporting requirements by preparing schedules and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with the broader finance team on ad hoc projects and process improvements
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required to support the team

• Degree Diploma or relevant hands-on experience in accounting
• Practical experience in Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable expense reporting or accounting administration
• Comfortable working with accounting software
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail organization and ability to manage recurring deadlines
