We are hiring 2 Part time Client Service Manager : The major responsibilty includes :
- Client engagement - Help clients manage their accounts and products.
- Coordinating - Connecting between client and team members who can help them reach their goals.
- Problem solving - Listen, ask questions, and put yourself in the client’s shoes.
Act like an owner by taking accountability for client issues, and know when to lean on others to create a better solution together.
Data entry - use internal software to input data, help client to set up online access and go through details. Weekly hours : 20 - 30 hours To maintian the quality of the service, you needs to go through the training to getting familiar with industry regulations.Client service experienced is an asset.
