Project Coordinator

100% remote. B2B: 70-80 zł/h netto + VAT

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, trackers, and dashboards.
• Support planning activities and ensure governance processes are followed.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, action logs, and customer-facing documents.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and communication across distributed teams.
• Track hours, budgets, burn rates, and support financial administration.
• Assist with Day‑1/30/90 integration tracking for M&A programs.
• Contribute to templates, reporting improvements, and PMO best practices.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong organization, documentation, and coordination abilities.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced enterprise environments.
• Experience with tools such as Teams, SharePoint, or Jira/Confluence.
• Basic project‑management knowledge (RAID, milestones, governance).
• Experience in IT, consulting, or integration projects is a plus.
