Your Role
We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and well-spoken Customer service professional, who wants to get involved in the Renewable Energy Industry. The Customer Associate will be working together with a Key Account Manager on communication with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Accountabilities
- Provides excellent customer service and promotes a positive experience to Frankensolar current customers.
- Asist walk-in customers with inquiries, product information, and take payment if needed via terminal machine, cash, or cheque.
- Promptly respond to inbound emails, messages, customer inquiries and phone calls.
- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information .
- Processing signed quotes and customers’ orders / PO into Business Dynamics Central system efficiently and accurately.
- Provide weekly updates for all open orders in the system in the weekly meeting.
- Outbound calls / emails to customers to gather and verify shipping information to have a smooth shipping process.
- Proactively update customers of stock levels and shipping.
- Ensuring that the company database is updated with customer information, including change of address / contact information etc.
- Process sales return order, initiate shipping claims for damages with the respective shipping company in a timely manner.
- Process Replacement orders for the damages with the help of shipping department.
- Supporting outside sales teammates as appropriate to ensure customers’ needs and inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
- Provides inventory updates to Procurement department via PO Tracker so stock levels can be well maintained.
- Responsible for handling shipping of boxed items using online shipping portals.
- Maintain open orders in NAV and follow up on shipping with customers, consistently.
- Keep secure records of outgoing inventory by scanning hard copy documents in the company’s digital filing system.
- Responsible for sharing the shipping details with customers for outgoing inventory.
- Chequing freight invoices in collaboration with the accounting department to reconcile any extra charges with customers.
- Handle online shop orders comes in thru E-commerce store.
- Participate in upskill when available (inside sales training, procedure training and management skill development, etc.).
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Responsible for the day-to-day interactions and sales functions between customers, Sales Account Managers and the product supply functions within the company.
- Development of Industry and product knowledge to enhance client service.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
