Notarius, a growing Montreal tech company specializing in electronic and digital signatures, is currently looking for a Service Delivery Developer.

As a Service Delivery Developer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services to clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining service delivery solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing best practices to enhance our service delivery processes.

What your week will look like

  • Design, develop, and maintain service delivery solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of service delivery components.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance service delivery efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to service delivery, working closely with technical support teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve service delivery processes.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

To join our dynamic team, you must have

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with an open and honest attitude
  • Proven experience in software development and service delivery.
  • Prior experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum and Kanban)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL
  • Experience working with JavaScript, ECMAScript and Bootstrap frameworks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
