Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned routes / territories
- Supervise and directs the activities of Route Managers within assigned region
- Ensure that set quotas for contracts, rentals and product / equipment are achieved
- Improve quality and ensure positive client relationships through regular client liaison and scheduled inspections of accounts
- Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and leading Route Managers to be successful in their roles
- Responsible for training and development, inventory management, sales and service support to team members
- Comply and adhere to company policies and procedures
