DISPATCHER-COORDINATOR

• Answer customer calls, take phone orders and record on computer software
• Assign the work to the operators according to the required equipment;
• Respond and offer support to operators;
• Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in administration or transportation logistics, or any other relevant training;
• 2 to 3 years of experience and skills in a similar function, ideally in the construction industry or rental service company.
• Person focused on customer service and a sense of commercial negotiation;
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing;
• Ability to work and make decisions under pressure;
• Demonstrate good judgment
• Resourcefulness and initiative go hand in hand
