Payroll Technician

Your tasks will include : -Participating in bi-monthly payroll processing for Canada and the United States, in collaboration with the senior specialist. -Collecting, validating, and entering data (timesheets, commissions, bonuses) and updating employee files. -Managing changes related to insurance, RRSPs, and benefits, and ensuring that platforms (ADP, etc.) are updated. -Prepare required documents (employment records, government programs) and provide first-level internal service for payroll and benefits. -Support the senior specialist in validating reports and performing data quality control. -All other related tasks.Your profile : -Bilingual (French and English) to communicate with employees in the United States -2 to 3 years of experience with payroll -Experience with the ADP Workforce Now system - an asset What we offer : What we offer : -1 to 2 days of remote work -Group insurance -Flexible schedule -Experience working under a payroll supervisor to develop and learn
