Data Entry and Scanning Associate

Randstad Canada is hiring an Imaging Specialist Associate for a top-rated client in Concord, ON. This full-time position offers a chance to grow and learn within a clean, well-maintained document processing facility. Available shifts are 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday. Pay is $17.60/hour.

Position: Imaging Specialist (Data Entry and Scanning)
Shifts Available:
Straight Days: 6AM to 230PM, Monday-Friday
Straight Afternoons: 2:30 pm to 11 pm, Monday-Friday
Salary: $17.60 per hour
Location: Concord, Ontario

Responsibilities
Scanning documents, ensuring quality control, indexing files, and releasing materials to clients.
1. Scanning – the employee loads sheets into one of various types of scanners for processing and returns sheets to the box in the same order as received.
2. Quality – Confirms accuracy of scanned documents
3. Release/Index – Documentation of files and release of scanned material to customer.


Qualifications
Requires attention to detail, computer proficiency, and comfort with light physical tasks.

- Prior background in administration / data entry roles
