We are currently looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our Fort McMurray, AB branch.
Reports to : Manager, Warehouse Operations
Shift : 5x2, Monday - Friday
Location : Fort McMurray, AB

Responsibilities
Provides first point of contact to customers and aids with all parts related inquiriesResponsible to provide accurate quotes for mine sites and shopReceives, processes and revises all purchase orders from the customer and major shut down orders to ensure accuracy of ordered partsManages effective communication with external and internal customers to effectively resolve problems and issues that affect orders and deliveryProcesses returns and credits from the customers, both external and internalCoordinate with the AR group to resolve any past due invoicesEnter and maintain data into Component Tracking System and generate various reports as neededAssists purchaser in locating and sourcing parts from outside vendors when requiredBe available to provide on-call after-hours duties, about once every four to six weeksDaily contact with Planning, Purchasing, and Maintenance departments from each mine siteProvide strong customer support and build positive relationships to enhance business opportunities with both internal and external customers including travel to customer sitesOther Duties as assignedQualifications
