Accounts Receivable Analyst

Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team on a contract basis in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports accounts receivable operations, timely collections, and strong customer relationships, contributing to the success of a leading communications organization.

Responsibilities :

• Manage collection activities, including customer outreach and payment follow-ups.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements in line with credit policies.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to resolve billing and service issues.
• Assess credit risk, recommend credit limit or term changes, and manage credit holds.
• Review and process new or revised credit applications.
• Monitor at-risk accounts and report collection issues to management.
• Analyze late payment trends and recommend process improvements.
