Salary: 56,287 to 70,359

Youth Unlimited YFC Southwestern Ontarioisa youth-focused, faith-based, organization that exists to help young people throughout Southwestern Ontario attain their full life potential, showing love and care for their whole person.

We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated individual to lead a team of similar minded people in working with youth and their families in Seaforth, Ontario. You must have good communication skills and demonstrate leadership qualities: supervisory and team building capabilities, the ability to vision cast and bring others along. Active participation in area youth networks and the ability to relate to the churched and non-churched population is a necessity. Related education and a proven track record in leadership and youth work is a necessity. A vehicle is also important for this job.

The salary of this staff position is determined on a scale based on education and experience and is funded on a missionary basis requiring the gathering of a ministry partnership team. Accommodation is available for applicants with disabilities.
