The Opportunity :

Our client, in the Not-for-Profit industry, is looking to add a Strategic Planning and Execution Manager to their team. In this position, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to drive the company's growth and success. You'll gather market insights, analyze industry trends, and create compelling business cases to identify lucrative opportunities.

What You’ll Be Responsible For :

  • Leading the strategic planning process for Enterprise Strategy, crafting presentations for executive leadership, the CEO, and the Board of Directors.
  • Supporting business units in executing strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
  • Conducting market and industry research to inform enterprise and line of business strategies.
  • Synthesizing various factors, including environmental scans and technology trends, to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Cultivating a culture of communication and collaboration by sharing best practices and identifying strategic connections.
  • Working with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute effective partnering strategies with external organizations.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and offering improvement recommendations as necessary.
  • Driving the development of critical components of the Health & Admin strategy, including innovative public health strategies and provider strategies.
  • Identifying and assessing new technological opportunities to enhance health initiatives within payer-provider relationships.
  • Delivering key presentations to leadership, including the SLT and Board of Directors, on topics such as the 5-year Corporate Plan.
  • Demonstrating leadership, influence, agility, and action orientation to achieve objectives.
  • Building strong relationships across the organization and beyond, establishing credibility with key partners.
  • Showing commitment and accountability for project / program / strategic initiative leadership and success.

Complimentary Experience :

  • Understanding of the public health system and public health principles.
  • MBA is considered an asset.
  • The Ideal Candidate :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field, with a specialization in Strategy Development.
  • 6+ years of experience in strategy-focused positions within Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or the Health / Health Tech sectors.
  • Demonstrated senior-level expertise in preparing and delivering materials and presentations for Board and Executive audiences.
  • Ability to engage collaboratively with fellow leaders, including executives, to steer business performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency in generating strategic and innovative solutions supported by data and insights, with a keen understanding of aligning strategy with financial analyses and plans.
  • Effective communication of intricate concepts and adept presentation skills tailored for senior leadership.
  • Exceptional collaboration capabilities, fostering productive teamwork across diverse functions and with external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability while being able to identify and evaluate growth opportunities.
  • Driven by results, dedicated to achieving performance excellence, and inclined to challenge conventional norms.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation techniques for crafting materials aimed at Board and Executive audiences.
