Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Automotive Attendant - Drive-thru in North York, ON to work for our client Porsche, a world-class company in the automotive manufacturing industry.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, facilitating vehicle intake, and assisting with various automotive services, creating a positive and efficient customer experience.

Pay rate : $18.00 / hour

Location : Toronto, ON (401 and Victoria Park - North York)

Shifts : Day Shift

Job type : 1 year assignment with possibility of extension, full-time

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Ontario G Driver’s License (minimum 3 years) with clean driver’s abstract / CVOR

Ability to operate vehicles with both, standard and automatic transmission is required

Self-motivated team player, with ability to work with minimum supervision

Continuous Improvement mindset and the ability to influence, negotiate and mediate effectively

Excellent interpersonal and team building skills and ability to maintain high level of accuracy

Time management skills, trustworthy, respectful, and able to demonstrate strong work ethics

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities :

Verifies receipt of client vehicles to the dealership service department, inspects and parks vehicles in the lot in an orderly manner

Provides first class customer Service ensuring each client receives the appropriate first impression’ of the company and its brand

Receive and check in customer vehicles in a timely manner

Inspect vehicles for damage and verify condition of vehicle in the presence of the client

Assist with the preparation of vehicles for delivery and schedule Customer Shuttle pick up / drop off

Responsible for security and storage of vehicle keys and ensure the lot is arranged, organized and free from litter and debris

Recording customer concerns and passing them on to the correct contact person

Other duties as assigned
