As aNurse Practitioner (NP), you will play a vital role in providing high-qualityhealthcare services to patients across diverse settings. KeyResponsibilities :

• Performthorough physical examinations and health assessments to evaluate patient needsand conditions.

• Collaboratewith healthcare teams, including physicians and specialists, to ensure cohesivepatient care and follow-up.
• Educatepatients and their families on health management, treatment options, andpreventive care strategies to promote wellness.
• Maintainaccurate and timely records of patient encounters, treatment plans, andoutcomes in electronic health records (EHR).
