Primary Responsibilities : Greet customers and offering assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or lot.* Generate positive impressions during the shopping and buying experiences by serving customers in a friendly, professional, and prompt manner.* Provide customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.* Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.* Deliver vehicle to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork.* Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership. Required Skills and Experience : Automotive luxury vehicle sales experience preferred, but not required.* 1-3 years experience in a similar role preferred.* Valid OMVIC licensedExcellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.Exceptional sales skills and a commitment to sales objectives. - whether you are working in sales, service, parts, or in a support function, Pfaff offers a competitive compensation package.
