I am currently recruiting for a Production Planner for one of my clients, a manufacturing company in the electronics field. Job description : - Administer order book and plan new orders within material and resource constraints. - Review work center capacities with production supervisors - Execute production schedule control to ensure timely execution of MPS items working with production supervisors. - Define priorities according to various specific criteria (resource constraints, capacity, customer needs) - Carry out lead-time analysis studies based on customer requests for quotations - Interact with product / project managers and engineers on the status of certain projects - Interact with customer service representatives on the status of customer orders - Attend management review meetings as required - Coordinate critical activities to mitigate production risks Skills required : - Bilingual English / French to communicate with international customers and partners. - Proficiency in the use of an ERP system (SAP preferred). - Ability to use EXCEL (required) / Power Bi (an asset) - Ability to plan and organize work. - Team spirit, attention to detail and analytical skills. - Autonomy and sense of responsibility. - Problem-solving skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to adapt to change.
