Description
- The Local Sultions Engineer Canada will be the primary point of contact for Salesforce, Veeva Canada and Bill Management (Oracle Cloud) users within the organization. They will provide technical support and training to users, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries related to platform functionality and usage.
- Continuous Improvement : the individual will work closely with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize business processes through Salesforce and Veeva Align configuration and customization. They will participate in planning and implementing new features and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation and Configuration : Will be responsible for the configuration of Salesforce and Veeva Align, ensuring alignment with specific organizational requirements. This includes creating custom fields, workflows, validation rules, and user profiles.Administration and Maintenance : Will be responsible for regularly maintaining and updating Salesforce and Veeva Align platforms. This involves user management, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing performance, and applying updates and patches.Data Management : The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for the integrity and accuracy of data stored in Salesforce and Veeva Align. They will oversee and execute data loading processes, ensuring that the data is clean and complete.Review, maintain and document connections (integrations) with different systems like McKesson, Knipper.Execute territory changes (zip code and account to territory)Create MCCPs in Veeva align.Load Sample Lots in VeevaInvestigate issues raised by the field.Be present in NSM as support for Sales TeamClean up Veeva legacy info and create a governance for creating new recordsSupport Comex creating new connection with other brands / business unitsSkills & Qualifications
8 years of relevant experience in CRM (Veeva or Salesforce)Ability to communicate well (English), excellent organizational and follow through skills with the ability to prioritize.Strong analytical skills to research and resolve discrepancies.Ability to streamline processes and provide recommendations for prospective initiatives.Proven experience in Salesforce and Veeva Modules administration.Technical skills for Salesforce and Veeva Align configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong communication skills and the ability to provide support and training to users.Attention to detail and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and optimize systems.Experience in SQLExperience in data loadingFluent in English is a mustWhat we offer in return
