Workday HCM Functional Specialist

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Workday HCM Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong skills in needs analysis, solution development, and testing.
• Experience with Workday HCM system integrations and integration tools (EIB, RaaS, API, Workday Connectors, Workday Studio).
• In-depth knowledge of Workday components and functional modules, including HCM, Talent Management, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Recruiting, Learning & Development, and Compensation.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills (bilingual in French and English).
• Resourceful and autonomous.
