Is our client seeking candidates for a position in their Workstation group.

Job description:

The individual will help the enterprise drive to become a more secure and stable environment.

This Team Member will be a technical contact for IT Workstation activities.

Flexibility and diplomacy will be key skills for this role.

Junior and intermediate applicants are welcome provided they have relevant experience.

Desired Experience:

1) powershell scripting experience

2) SCCM and/or inTune application deployment experience

3) Windows GPO, AD and windows security experience

4) experience troubleshooting hardware

5) experience troubleshooting software

• Functions well with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills
• Diplomacy when interacting with customers
• Experience in looking at the "big picture"
• Strong English language skills - written and oral
• Strong hardware deployment/troubleshooting

Other:

• Work is on site with exception of emergency support and approved after hours / weekend Implementation support
• Work from home – 1 day out of 5 per week
• Cambridge will be primary office location with one day a week in Woodstock Ontario

Certifications (nice to have):

• Microsoft Certs
• A+ or equivalent
• Structured programming
