Business Development Executive in Alberta, Calgary and Edmonton Region
Role Responsibilities
This face-to-face role will build new business by driving new revenue, transactions, and sales growth with new accounts, agents, and customers across the Calgary and Edmonton territories in Alberta. It is an important part of our overall strategy as we propel growth in a competitive business environment. In this pivotal role, you will play an integral part in the Western Union sales organization.
Role Requirements
Work Shift
REMOTE - Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible. We believe this fosters common ways of working and supports how we execute initiatives for our customers. However, due to the nature of this role, there is no specific office location where the employee is expected to report. The employee must align with their manager on other expected in-person collaboration opportunities.

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $110,000 - $120,000 CAD per year, which includes a base salary plus a high-impact commission structure that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
