I’m currently recruiting for a General Manager to join an established and successful 3PL in the Lower Mainland that provides opportunity to grow. Responsibilities include full P & L, branch management, staffing, coaching, and mentoring, performance management, reporting and metrics, strategy, operational soundness, sales management, KPI’s and sales metrics, and strategy.

Job Requirements :

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in a senior level management position within the transportation industry, a business degree or related degree, strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sales experience, a proven track record in leading and development a profitable business, experience with full P & L, excellent time management and organizational skills, a self-starter and highly motivated, extensive experience in development of metrics and KPI’s. Experience in logistics and transportation specific software and advanced Excel is a must.
