Job Title : SAP MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) Functional Consultant – S / 4HANA

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Process Mapping :

  • Experience leading SAP S / 4HANA implementation projects in a global or large enterprise environment
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S / 4HANA solutions for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO).
  • Develop and document detailed process maps for key MRO activities such as preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, asset management,       and spare parts inventory management.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, designing scalable MRO solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce             downtime.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, predictive maintenance, and optimization of the MRO process.

End-to-End MRO Process Optimization :

  • Implement and optimize MRO processes in SAP S / 4HANA, covering equipment maintenance, work order management, maintenance planning, spare     parts procurement, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, procurement, and inventory management teams to ensure the efficient use of spare parts and equipment.
  • Ensure seamless integration of MRO processes with other SAP modules, including Materials Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and     Finance (FI).

    • System Configuration & Customization :

  • Configure SAP S / 4HANA to support MRO processes, including asset management, maintenance work orders, spare parts inventory, and preventive       maintenance scheduling.
  • Customize and enhance MRO workflows to meet specific business needs, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulatory                       requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing enhancements and ensuring that system configurations align with industry best practices.
  • Project Leadership & Support :
  • Lead SAP MRO-related projects , including new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with         business objectives.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and external consultants to ensure the successful delivery of MRO solutions within SAP             S / 4HANA.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting , and continuous improvement for MRO processes within SAP S / 4HANA.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :
  • Act as the subject matter expert for MRO, working closely with maintenance, operations, procurement, and IT teams to ensure alignment of SAP         solutions with business goals.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management initiatives to drive user adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Work with other functional teams to ensure integration and alignment of MRO processes with finance, procurement, and supply chain             operations .

    • Preferred Skills :

  • SAP S / 4HANA certification in relevant modules (e.g., PM, MRO).
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), and predictive maintenance features.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific MRO practices, such as in manufacturing, utilities, or aviation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
