Job Description

Vuori is looking for a dymanic Sales and Marketing Representative in the Canadian market, with a particular focus on establishing and nurturing relationships with our sales representatives, key wholesale customers and influential members of the active lifestyle channel. This candidate will be instrumental in driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering strategic sales and marketing partnerships.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Facilitate market feedback to support development of formal sales / marketing strategy
  • Execute a comprehensive strategy to penetrate and expand our presence within the fitness studio channel across Canada.
  • Execute a product seeding strategy to drive brand awareness within fitness and active lifestyle channel and customers.
  • Actively engage with studio owners, managers, trainers, and influencers to seed them product, build relationships and develop opportunities for collaboration.
  • In collaboration with sales management and sales representatives, identify and
  • prioritize high potential account for targeted outreach and relationship development.
  • Provide training, product knowledge and resources to sales representatives and accounts to optimize their sell in and / or sell through efforts.
  • Perform systematic account visits ensuring visual merchandising imagery is up to date and product presentation is up to Vuori standard.
  • Work with marketing team to leverage digital assets to activate digital and social media marketing opportunities with both accounts and influencers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on channel development and relationship management, preferably in the apparel or fitness industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian market landscape, particularly within the fitness and active lifestyle segement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in French & English (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility to travel within Canada and visit USA Headquarters as needed.
