This individual will be responsible for creating and managing Power BI dashboards, analyzing complex data sets, and uncovering actionable insights to enhance fulfillment goals.
A key aspect of this role involves transforming raw data from various systems into valuable business insights.
The Lead Analyst will work with supply chain leadership to report on key metrics like fill rate, lead times, and schedule attainment, using advanced analytics to optimize operations.
Strong communication skills are essential to translate technical findings into clear business solutions.
Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive performance reports to supply chain leadership, highlighting key metrics such as fill rate, lead times, schedule attainment, and other critical performance indicators.
Create and manage interactive dashboards, leveraging Power BI to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
Leverage data warehouse tools to structure, manage, and integrate large datasets, ensuring consistency and accessibility for reporting and analysis.
Extract, map, and combine data within Snowflake, writing efficient SQL queries and code to streamline data workflows and enhance reporting capabilities.
Utilize intermediate to advanced SQL skills to write queries for data extraction, table joining, and data consolidation to ensure comprehensive analysis.
Conduct thorough data analysis, identify operational inefficiencies, and deliver insights that drive continuous improvements in decision-making and performance.
Effectively communicate technical findings and data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Ideal Qualifications 5+ years of analytics experience in supply chain.
Expertise in building Power BI dashboards and manipulating data from ERP systems (SQL and Snow flake preferred).
Strong skills in data mapping, modeling, mining, and visualization.
Knowledge of statistical and analytical techniques for measuring supply chain efficiencies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Problem-solving expertise with the ability to prioritize high-impact projects.
Post-secondary education in Business, Business Analytics, or related field (MBA a plus).
Hybrid work environment – work onsite 3 days per week (2 days remotely).
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
Minimal physical demands, primarily involving sitting, using a computer, and other office-related activities.
