The Team: You will work closely with the Food Store Manager and other department managers and will have 15-20 direct reports. This team strives to cultivate a culture of support, community, and collaboration.
The Customers: The Grocery Manager will build strong relationships with customers and members by delivering exceptional service, listening to local needs, and ensuring the store reflects the values and priorities of the community it serves.
