Perks!Competitive salaryPaid day off on your birthdayExcellent benefit package with premiums paid by the companyRRSP MatchSafety-minded organizationStable, year-round employment with overtime availableContinuous training, learning and development opportunitiesFun-loving work environment with strong social responsibilityWhat You’ll Be DoingDuties and Responsibilities : Maintain and document on-site inventories and communicate findings to all staff daily; strong commitment to inventory control requiredProcess new rental contracts daily as per standard operating proceduresSingle point of contact for cycle billing, contract filing, equipment exchanges, weekly open order contract report reconciliation etc.Coordinate with the service department on all rental equipment and service / repair issues to the rental fleetAnswer telephone enquiries from customers / sales and process all rental requests; escalate and communicate professionally & effectivelyWhat You’ll Bring to the TeamQualifications and Requirements : Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in the construction equipment rental industry (or a closely related industry), in a similar roleSelf-starter, customer service oriented and team playerThrives in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlinesComfortable with computers; knowledge of Systematic is an assetExcellent problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous mannerPride in what you do!Want to learn more about this as well as other opportunities at Cooper?
