Sturgeon Public Schools is currently seeking a Part-Time Temporary Educational Assistant 2 for a work assignment at the Morinville Learning Centre to assist with Literacy and Numeracy supports.

Located in the Sturgeon Public Schools Central Office, Morinville Learning Centre serves students in Grades 8-12 needing an alternative learning environment, upgrading, or who need to repeat a course. Attendance and work completion schedules are flexible and designed to meet the individual needs of the students.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide daily support working one-on-one with individuals and small groups
• Assist with field trip organization
• Monitor and report students' progress with classroom teachers
• Provide support to the Administrative Assistant and perform other duties as assigned by the Principal
