Controller

Our Toronto based client, a very successful manufacturer located in the Scarborough area is seeing some impressive growth including expansion into the United States. They are looking to hire a Controller on a full-time basis. This role is a key role for our client, and is on site 5 days per week.

As Controller you are responsible for all the day to day accounting and administration. Additionally, you are in charge of a small staff [1-2 for ap, ar] and be responsible for a payroll [100+ employees and 40-80 temps per week], reporting and audit support. Additionally, they are really looking for a Controller who can get involved in business plans/planning, analysis, business case analysis, etc. to help the business grow to the next level.

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;

• CPA with full cycle accounting experience from a manufacturing company
• Ability to get into the office 5 days per week [some exceptions]

**Note, this is an in office 5 days per week role.
