The Role

Reporting directly to the Founding Director and overseeing a small finance team, the Finance Controller will lead all financial operations and provide strategic direction in support of business growth. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can balance daily execution with long‑term planning.

You Will Be Responsible For

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both rolling up their sleeves in the day-to-day and providing financial leadership at the strategic level .
