HR Officer: Recruitment, Records & Compliance (Nunavik)

A community-based organization in Montreal seeks a Human Resources Officer to support recruitment, maintain employee records, and assist with HR policies. The ideal candidate has a background in Human Resources Management, experience in related roles, and strong communication skills in at least two languages including Inuktitut, English, and / or French. Knowledge of Nunavik traditions and security clearance are required. The role provides administrative support and contributes to employee engagement initiatives.
