Maintenance Technician (Journeyperson Millwright) - Downhole Manufacturing

The Maintenance Technician (Journeyman Millwright) will safely maintain and repair production equipment that permits the efficient fabrication of products, in order to meet our daily / weekly / monthly production goals. Able to process and troubleshoot maintenance scenarios, from a reactive breakdown to a preventative and a predictive maintenance cycle. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of LOTO processes, 6S and LEAN culture, and not limited with the ability to comply and develop FLHA's and JHA's on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will should be able to maintain a solid professional demeanor, with minimal supervision, and the ability to communicate effectively among all teams.

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and facilities. Equipment will include : Electrical equipment including facility wiring, generators, sub panels, junction boxes Mechanical equipment including cranes, doors, plumbing, HVAC systems, compressors Production equipment including, injection machines, sandblasters, ovens, autoclaves, saws, welding equipment, product testing apparatus (both electrical and hydraulic)
• Perform adjustment and repair of items as required.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties that detect early signs of failure or maladjustment.
• Communicate and listen to operators, vendors, and other maintenance personnel to ensure production readiness of all machines.
• Work from machine design drawings, specifications, and handbooks.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
