Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you’ll be the glue that holds our projects together, from scheduling and resource coordination to managing paperwork that’s more organized than your grandma’s recipe box. Overnight travel will be required to support various project sites (yes, you’ll get out of the office and rack up some miles).

Project Coordination & Administration
Keep projects on track with Jedi-like coordination skills.Master procurement plans, purchase orders, and vendor invoices (think less chaos, more zen).Be the go-to for permits, reports, and anything else the project team needs.Attend site meetings (yes, overnight trips may include breakfast buffets).General Responsibilities
Juggle tasks like a pro, from ERP entries to winter dispatch duties.Keep your boss in the loop and surprise-free (they’ll thank you later).Participate in planning meetings and always bring the good ideas.QUALIFICATIONS :
