Where the Chemistry Happens
We are looking for a Plant Engineer like you to join our team! As the Plant Engineer, you will plan, implement, and control capital projects, oversee site utilities and energy management, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Your expertise will be essential in ensuring plant efficiency, safety, and timely issue resolution.
Formula for Success : You Will
- Act as Project Manager for most site capital projects and oversee Engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Apply technical expertise to support design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Oversee site utilities such as compressed air, nitrogen system, natural gas, DI Water system, etc. to ensure reliability and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, regulations, and safety protocols in all activities.
- Manage cost expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives and collaborate with procurement teams to select appropriate equipment.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as other engineering disciplines, operations, maintenance, contractors, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for site optimization, efficiency enhancement, cost reduction and technological advancements.
Ingredients for Success : What We Look for in You
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering is required. Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred.
- Proven experience in Project Management discipline.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, codes, acts, RAGAGEP, etc.
- Proficient in engineering software and tools. SAP experience is beneficial.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
