Position Title: Tester Bilingual (French/English)

Line of Business: Customer Service Technology

Duration: 6 months

Potential for this contract to be extended or converted to FTE? Yes, another 6 months based on performance.

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid role, Monday and Wednesday every week

Office Location: 81 Bay 17th Floor

Job Description: Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze, define, and translate business and functional specifications into testing requirements.

• Attend project meetings to report on status of testing, communicate issues, implement QA standards and policies, and communicate QA schedule.

• Develop, schedule, coordinate and execute test procedures of systems and software for multiple projects for system integration.

• Direct, motivate, develop and manage performance of the testing team and key staff.

• Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.

• Ensure client needs are being met with highest quality.

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end testing activities for small and large projects such as developing and executing test cases.

• Participate in client business review sessions to influence decisions regarding use of technology to support objectives or address issues.

• Report and manage software concerns and test activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Successfully translate business processes, systems functionality and requirements into well written test plans.

Must have skills:

1. Experience in Testing – 5 years

2. French language

3. Experience in writing test cases, analyzing requirements, execution of test cases, logging defix – 5 years

4. Experience manual and automation testing – 5 years

5. Experience working in Agile pods – 2 years

6. Experience with ALM and Jira – 2 years

7. Experience with reporting – 2 years
