About this role :

As a Funeral Director at Nisbett Funeral Home located in Peterborough Ontario you will have the opportunity to provide meaningful support to families on their end-of -life journey by overseeing and directing all aspects of funeral services including : filing death certificates maintaining online obituary listings performing decedent embalming and providing assistance during the execution of funeral services.

Job Type : Full Time Permanent

Key Qualifications and Demonstrated Abilities :

• Possesses a Funeral Directors license.
• Displays proven superior arrangement directing and embalming skills.
• Passion for customer care demonstrated in previous professional experiences.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistently high level of accuracy.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills with the ability to partner will all levels of the organization.
• Exemplifies Arbors values of compassion integrity trust teamwork belonging and excellence.
• Excellent knowledge of Funeral Home procedures and business practices including Funeral Home Procedures Manuals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid drivers license.
